I was not expecting my left to lift this bastard blob. This blob is 52.5 # and has been a pain in my arss for a year. I dedicate this to Daniel the claw.

I had liquid grip on my hands. But I was feeling so strong that I could have had KY on my hands and still lifted this!

I've often wondered why they don't have a WD40 lift, or greased lift, or something like that in medleys. "Lift this 120# 2" Vbar lubed with axle grease." I would bet that's a lot harder than a #250 lift :)

Ben closed a #3 diped in veg oil.
I stated that I could lift this with KY on my hands. Now that I have come down from my PR high I think I could not actualy do that.

Believe it or not...I too have lifted the Bolb...but suffer from constant video fail. It is a widely accepted fact that the Bolb is notoriously camera shy.

Not only did you catch it...you filmed it with both hands. Richard of Arizona... I dub thee Bolb Master! :bow
