does anyone know of any groups or people that have practice or a facility to train at? i'm new to this and would like to start slow =)

Ryan, I live in Centerburg, about 50 minutes north of Columbus. I'm always looking for training partners. I pull on regulation tables on Saturdays, twice a month. PM me if you are interested.
