Pinky Sliding Off Gripper

Thanks. I alos using the ISG twice a week alternating between heavy negs and overcrushes. I am nearing doing heavy negatives with the entire ISG (w/ 2 springs) on max setting and am usually holding it at lockout for around 13 secs. I feel I have strength but technique on torsion spring grippers needs tweaking.

Also, and this may be obvious, but chalk up. Haha. In case you're not already.

see how clay has his thumb very high on the dogleg near the spring? I usually have my thumb slightly lower down on the dogleg. Is it more advantageous to have the thumb higher up? This is what every top gripper seems to do. Am I missing a trick here?

Either simply grip higher or make sure you are leaving room for the pinky during the set, right before you fully grip the handle.
