At this weekend my wife Yvonne competes at Fitness Expo Finland. It´s IM´s grip classic semifinal. I´m her helper there. And I´ll meet my sponsors (Bullfarm & Voimaharjoittelu) at Expo too.

Left is Alexey, them me and right is some bodybuilder who wanted to be at picture. Nice dudes both. We had much to talk together. I and Alexey will start to train together here in Finland in our gym.

Gripper work was recovery training from yesterday`s Fitness Expo. People wanted to see how to close big grippers and I showed how it works.

Juha - are your workouts really that low volume / high intensity, or are you leaving out warm up or other working sets for the sake of brevity in the workout log? Seems like you're able to do some pretty high intensity stuff right off the bat, if not.
I dont write up warm up weights and sets, only work sets.
