Bench: 135# x 10; 225# x 5; 285# 3 x 4; 2  < eased up on the volume because shoulders still sore from PRs last week

Squat: 135# x 10; 225# x 5; 275# 2 x 5;

DB 1arm OHP: 83# 7 x 7 < dropped the vol a bit because these combined with bench last week toasted my shoulders

2HP: 119# x 10; 174#  5 x 5  < movin' on up next week

Pull Ups: BW: 5, 12, 10, 10  < not the numbers I was hoping for, but after rows yesterday, I'm good with it

Deadlifts: 425# Axle, Conventional, 2 x 5
