No.  But I guess it won't matter if I do, if he licks it anyway.  I guess we'll have to keep the dog away from the equipment at the comp, since the NAGS rules states only chalk is allowed (unless we get a waiver for dog saliva).   :sick:

So for the past 2 weeks, I was sick with a cold & then bronchitis/pneumonia.  

 

Yesterday I managed:

Swiss bar OHP: 125# 4x5

Pull Ups: 5, 12, 10

 

Today I was sick again - some stomach thing.  I hope I get this all out of my system, so I get a good 4 weeks to train before the cactus grip comp.

Yesterday:

 

Swiss bar OHP: 165# 4x5

Grippers: worked up to SM Adjust, 5 x 9   < getting close to increasing the RGC of the gripper soon

Dynamic Bench: 135# & grey bands, 3 x 3 x 3

Inch DB negatives: 5 each hand, then some with the gracie db

Bench: 135# x 10; 225# x 5, 4 (2nd set was a misload :-[  ) ;  275# 5 x 4;  Hoping to build this up to 5x5, then go to 285#.

Grippers: worked up to SM adj. Right: 5 x 10  Left: 4 x 10; 9  < would have got the last rep, but the set was a little off 

Swiss Bar OHP: 175# 5 x 3

Squats: 135# 2 x 10; 225# 2 x 5; 275# 2 x 5; partials: 315# 2 x 3

Band Bench: grey bands; 135# 3 grips x 3 x 3

Ab Wheel - did a couple sets of around 15 reps
