Posting my log here is just the right thing to do.... Mike has been here for a long time, John and Matt B look to have ressurrected their logging here, and Matt M even made the move here from a non-internet log! And I'm pretty sure James and Collin swing by to check out the gripboard logs.

This workout makes miss the garage. Nice work on the pressing. I know how frustrating injuries can be, keep it going -- good to see you posting.

Very strong double overhand deadlift!
What's even more remarkable about this lift (which I witnessed) is that Kelly has been nursing a bad back for quite some time now (1.5 years or so?) and hasn't really gone much above 405 in the deadlift for quite some time. He made this lift look relatively easy. Very impressive.

Thanks John. It has been about 15 months since I tweaked my back. I'm hoping I can start hitting the deads a bit harder soon. I stopped benching about a month ago, and I think that is helping... kind of a surprise.
Ben, thanks, I like double over DLs, they're fun. I was trying something different, instead of setting up my grip perfectly and then pulling, I just "dive bombed" it.
Hey Mike, what about that workout do you miss, was it my "if you ain't cheatin, you ain't trying" shrugs? lol
Matt, if it's easier for you, I could just post my workouts in your log
