Bit jealous of the swissbar. Wish they had one at my gym. Would be great to do bench presses with, much less stress on the shoulders I think.

It sure is, it's getting more and more complete now. Indeed, different handpositioning makes very big differences in how exercises are experienced. I don't care that much about what exercises should be done, I go with what feels best for my body. Comfort has nothing to do with intensity, right? I haven't tried it for benching yet, but when I tried it with the shoulderpress, I immediatly felt how much more the triceps where attacked. So it's probably a good change now and then for regular shoulderpressing and of course making my weak tri's a bit stronger. I noticed a difference already after three weeks of 5x5 pressing in terms of tricep response.
only thing I need now is to get my left arm a bit better. Recovery is slow.
