Yesterday 2 x 3 CCS with Vulcan gold spring, level 5 (2-1), just enough to feel some resistance. As explosive as possible.
Light workout today:
Today 4 x 10 push ups with pushup stands. Very slow descend, explosive up.
Planks, 5 x 1 minute.
Rubber band rotator cuff work.
Just enough for some bloodflow.
