How Long Grip Training: Since February 2009 (had messed around for a couple months with a buddy's HGs here are work a couple of years ago).
Current Grip Training Program: Recently finished Bill Piche's RRBT experimental training program. It was brutal, but well worth it. After recovering and peaking, it was exactly what I needed to get the MM2. After the peaking phase (and after my failed attempt a couple of weeks ago), I also incorporated some choker work on heavier grippers as well. Thanks to Brent Barbe for lending me his RB300. I think that was exactly what I needed to get me over the top.
I also have been doing a lot of pinch, axle, 1" vbar and block weight work.
Other Training Info: Emphasis is on full body compound movements: Deads, squats, row, bench, overhead press, etc.
