They retested my bicep strength again today. 159lb. Go figure. 

 

Bench:

 

This was supposed to be my 325 x 5 x 5 day but I was feeling really good for some reason

 

135 x 8 reg / 8 close grip

225 x 6

295 x 3 close grip

315 x 1

335 x 7 - I don't know what happened here but the first 5 felt like 225lb

345 x 5

325 x 5

 

 

Tricep press downs, rope/fatgrips:

DB front raises:
