Anthony C.
I haven't been to the Sorinex site in a while but being as their products are phenomenal, I decided to check in to see if there was anything new. I found this: http://store.sorinex.com/Sorinex-Glute-Ham-Roller-p/ghr.htm This looks incredible. I was wondering if anyone has any clever ideas on how one could add resistance to this? If bands were the way to go, how would you affix them?
JaredWith1R
Yes I do! Get some resistance bands, loop them through the roller, then fix the other end to a rack or something. Increase or decrease the distance from the rack to change resistance. Hope this makes sense, and helps!
Jared Goguen
I have been thinking about making a sled. I really like there idea of having a flip up loading pin so you can store it against the wall. http://store.sorinex.com/Sorinex-Speed-Sled-p/ss-1.htm
Jörg Keilbach
I think it works best as a high rep movement without added tension. You could pree exhaust your hams with Romanian Deadlifts. It is great!
