Mainly been doing blob50 lifts, log press and prowler when i have time. Rob McMurren Posted October 6, 2015 Author Share Posted October 6, 2015 Monday Did some training for King Kong, (as close as I could get without the implements) V-Bar 225 with each hand Rolling Thunder 180 r, 185 left IM hub 50 with each hand One hand pinch I just used two 45's, I got a couple successful lifts with my right, one with the left After I did some blob 50 and fat handle db work Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
