50lb weight vest walk of 3 miles today

also had my first go at the Titans telegraph key

im hoping to build some crushing thumb strength for Blocks and grippers with this... any workout routines or suggestions from whoever had success with this apparatus would be appreciated

thumb pad feels pumped up seems like a good tool so far

AXLE deadlift at Scott Styles garage gym

I really wanted to pull 303 which I didnt end up getting, but here is a pic of under 300, I cant remember exactly what the weight was, but I m really hoping to get over 300 next time I try the Axle bar

did some thick bar training today

2" adapters ( plastic ) not a big fan of these but they do the job to simulate the appolons 2" axle

Rackpulls a few inches

The axle is 73lbs. The bumpers total up to 90k or 198lbs. The grand total is 271lbs.

so I will be doing Squats on Tuesdays and Deadlifts on Friday, just once a week, was planning to have 225 x 20 by the end of August but well see, as it still feels very heavy right now.

today went very well

today couldnt put the book down, has a lot in there about the importance of grip strength and real training not any of that bodybuliding stuff, very well written and just reminds me that quality heavy work over quantity is the main thing when training, well written makes me wish I got it years ago, gotta get more serious with my training for sure

had a Back workout, Rows, one hand rows, Bicep s, and some hand stand balancing work yesterday..

then finished off with a 3 Mile vest walk :D

today will hit Squats later on in the day

will have to file it some more im really liking the full range of motion of this filed grippers and would like to file it to the point where its around a 2.5 level

no chocker work, or im tug s this week, cant wait to get the mm0 so I can start focusing more on Block weights

I was lucky enough to score a pair of 100s and a pair of 90s from a guy who needed to get rid of them asap

got both pairs for 125$ which is a deal, great addition of some heavy dumbells to my basement gym!

blisters on my hands have been keeping me away from grip workouts for the past week , got some pretty bad ones from too much pullup swings work on this outside pullup bar

still managed to do Deadlifts in a lot of pain though
