Bending, DO style in single imps 7 inch J drill rod, new PR! 5 yellows Beefbuilder grip machine, wide set reps Right 5x71, 5x71, 5x71, 30x71(mms depth) Left 5x71 5x71 3x71, 25x71(mms depth) Plate curl holds with very thin 25, both hands A month ago i fought with the J drill rod for about ten minutes and couldn't barely get any movement on it. So this felt incredible today. Here is the vid I also forgot to mention i got another big pr the other day, lifted the manna blob which i have been battling for a while. Trained back and biceps today: Hammer Grip Chinups 3 x 6 x bw+55 Pull ups 3x6xbw+30 Dumbbell rows 6x80, 6x90, 6x90 Iron bull 2.0 dumbbell rows 2 x 3 x 90 both hands Hammerstrength row 8x115 8x125 6x125 Seated dumbbell curls 5 x 10 x 25 Great workout. Everything was stronger after my week off and the thick grip rows felt easy. One thing I find really cool is how tough the skin on my hands has gotten since I've started bending. Then I did assisted lifts and took my off hand off and tried to hold on. This is my next block weight up from the Manna blob and it is a tall step up. Right now I'm far off from getting air under it but it too shall be conquered soon. TTK Right: 3x8x11.25, 23 second hold with 10 Left: 3x8x11.25, 25 second hold with 10 lbs Awesome awesome workout. Decided to max with the sorinex block. I can lift less on this than I can with a wooden equivalent, and I believe 140 was my old max on the wood block. So I've definitely gotten stronger since the King Kong. Wide pinch is really coming along also. At the 4'' width, it just makes more sense to perform holds than reps. Remember that was in pounds, not Kg's lol Today I did bending and a little bit of pinch afterward DO style in single IMP's K x 7'' NEW PR, 1/4 x 7'' square, J x 7" Blob floor drags with 41.8 fatman Sorinex 2'' block 2hp timed holds 2 holds with 105lbs, 10 seconds each TTK Right: 18x10, 16x10 Left: 16x10, 14x10 New bending PR! I didn't take a video today because I thought the bend would take a while and I didn't have much space left on my phone. But I finished it off in about a minute. Very proud with this bend. Then I did grippers Monday but being as I didn't rest much and didn't eat as much as I should have, my strength was down. Then, we were supposedly going to get hit with a huge snowstorm in New York and the gym closed for a few days as a precautionary measure. But we ended up getting a baby storm. I couldn't work out regardless lol. I did pinch this morning because the gym was still closed. Monday January 26 Grippers, MMS all sets Right: 1x114, 1x124, Miss x 140, 1x134, 1x134, 1x128, 2 holds with Extended handle TRex Left: 1x114, Mx124, Mx124, 1x114, 1x114, Hold with 109, 2 holds extended handle TRex Pissed I couldn't get that 140 GM, but the strength just wasn't there for this workout. Close to hitting a PR with my off hand. Today Pinch Sorinex 2'' Block 2hp: 3 x 5 x 115 Sorinex 4'' Block 1hp Right: 6 second hold 48 lbs, 2 10 second holds with 38 lbs Left: 3 second hold 48 lbs, 2 8 second holds with 38 lbs TTK Right: 5x12.5, 5x12.5, 4x12.5, 12x10 Left: 5x12.5, 4x12.5, 4x12.5, 12x10 Not bad, but not great. My arms have been feeling overworked and I've been slacking on my armaid. Going to be going harder with recovery.
