Appreciate ya, Matt! Really, I think I just needed a change of pace. 

I've suffered a couple of minor pec tears on my right side over the last month. It was so painless I wasn't even sure what had happened until this week. So I'm narrowing my bench grip substantially today, and certainly won't return to a wide grip again. I think the initial tear was done overhead pressing, of all things.
