Norden Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 I weigh 200lbs and my current goal is to do a rafter pullup, and I kind of wonder about the difficulty of this feat. Would you say that I need to be able to pinch 2x20kg plates (2x45lbs plates), both hands? Or, do I need to be even stronger than this? Or, is the rafter pullup feat actually easier than one might think? I perfectly understand that you need to take in consideration that different rafters are different when it comes to friction etc etc, but lets just forget about that for a moment.
