Here is the first time I was able to lockout > 100lbs on the wrist wrench...I believe the scale is about 1.5-2lbs light also because I weighed myself at the gym and then when I got home and i was 2# heavier at home without changing anything.

Great lift, Cool Hand! How are you doing with the Inch now? Most of the guys I have seen do 100+ have been able to manage an inch lift.

still cannot lift the inch...only able to get it a few inches off the ground on a good day! Something just isn't clicking or may be a mental thing with it.

Looks like you are well on your way, Luke!

Thanks guys...when it happens I will be sure to post it...I'm def not too far away but can't seem to get it to work for even a knee high lift.

Great lift!

Where do you get this device?

I made this personally; to the specs of the original device...

Super impressive lift, Lucas! Especially now that I know how hard it is. I got to lift on a Wrist Wrench on Saturday and was pretty impressed with it. Simple, but brutally effective. I only pulled 87lbs on it - and barely got that.

Wrist Wrench lifts are deceptively difficult. Nice work!
