Lucasraymond
Here is the first time I was able to lockout > 100lbs on the wrist wrench...I believe the scale is about 1.5-2lbs light also because I weighed myself at the gym and then when I got home and i was 2# heavier at home without changing anything.

Most of the guys I have seen do 100+ have been able to manage an inch lift. still cannot lift the inch...only able to get it a few inches off the ground on a good day! Something just isn't clicking or may be a mental thing with it.

bencrush
Super impressive lift, Lucas! Especially now that I know how hard it is. I got to lift on a Wrist Wrench on Saturday and was pretty impressed with it. Simple, but brutally effective. I only pulled 87lbs on it - and barely got that.
Eric Roussin
Wrist Wrench lifts are deceptively difficult. Nice work!
