CANCRUSHER
Hey guys recently i got interested in buying one of the two and i was wondering if you guys have some experience with this stuff. Right now i can bench 380 and i am not interested in geared lifting. So which one do you think is better for a raw bencher
wojo
I own the red slingshot (medium strength). I've only used it a few times, but I liked it and it definitely relieved the stress on my pec insertion. I haven't tried the Ram, but I understand it's just a copy of Mark Bell's slingshot...and since Mark was the inventor and brought it to market first, I like the idea of supporting him instead of the other brand.
Buccos1
Hey guys recently i got interested in buying one of the two and i was wondering if you guys have some experience with this stuff.Right now i can bench 380 and i am not interested in geared lifting. So which one do you think is better for a raw bencher I have both and would recommend the regular Slingshot for a slight overload with raw benching. The Ram did nothing for my raw bench after 4 months with it, but my raw has improved with the Slingshot (similar programming). It's also great to mix things up with it. I ghink the Ram mimicked my shirt more than the Slingshot.

canthar
I have both the red and blue slingshots and they work great for raw lifters. The ram changes the groove to be more in line with shirt work imo.
beef_supreme
Both will make benching easier on your shoulders and will allow for more weight to be used if you're looking to overload your lockout. Also if overload is what you're after check out metal catapult especially if you arch when benching - the groove is pretty "aggressive". Wayne
I have all three slingshots. My favorite one is the blue. I have never used a ram but I personally wouldn't ever buy one for the same reason John said. I have nothing against titan, but Mark Bell is just the man.
Shoggoth
I have both the red and black and have never had a reason to ever try the black yet. I think the blue would be the most useful.
