... and I thought I was getting somewhere one arm rowing 160#'s of kettlebells chained together the other day for some knickels. How wrong I was:

He is one strong cat! Here we only cout rows if the bell end touches in your arm pit. Using the globe bells seems to be comfortable for that. Rowing 158 or 172 Inch Bells is no easy task. Glad to see one of the best exercises for strength and size being attended to! Nice!

That's one of the reasons I like mixing it up with kettlebell rows, because there's really nothing preventing a full ROM with KBs. I still like doing dumbbells at times too, just because it's easier to load them up and they have a different feel to them for variety. I recently tried Jedd's trick of hooking up some band tension to get even great lat activation.
