So now I have to know if you do these thickbar partial deadlifts as a regular thing in training... Because if so, I know what I'm adding to my lifting schedule. Haha

I read the weight and diameter in the title and was fully expecting some exaggerated thigh support. Super lift!

Seriously something I'm considering now when I do my partials, instead of using the Oly bar. Even to do mixed grip, partial deadlifts with the heavier weight would have to have some sort of an effect.

Yeah, even with a mixed grip, it's gotta have some effect on you if you're going heavy enough...
