jchapman
I can do multiple singles with the IM #2.5, but can't rep it. I am looking to get an extended handle gripper for negatives. Which one is best for my level, assuming I want to dominate the #2.5 and push through to closing the #3? EH BBGM? EH BBE? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Personally I would work with the GM until I could do around 10 negatives with the first couple being held completely shut for a couple seconds. Either way the GM or E should be in your range. https://www.grippersuperstore.com/store.aspx?cat_id=qa&q=
Jones1874
why dont you just choke the gripper and do it for reps. save a bit of money aswell. and when its choked it will be easier to do negatives.
jchapman
Thanks Wade! I will order a GM extended handle. Alex, I have my #3 in a choker and currently can't close it. I plan on working both negatives and choker closes along with my regular training program.
