Old Dax
1. Are they any good for training, or just a 'toy' 2. what model is best?
thegripmaster
1. They seem good for endurance training. But for serious grip strength they are toys compared to CoC. I haven't used one though. 2. NSA Powerball Autostart is nice. They also have a full metal constructed powerball (can't remember model name).
