I looked at my calendar and sept 20 will be the day when I peak out and Im hoping to pull 90kg too!

You used the official handle on that lift yeah?

That's awesome, you'll be with us in spirit☺ yeah this the official handle and it was the first time using IRONMIND's official loading pin which is pretty long compared to the one I've been training with.

I too use a slightly shorter pin to make training more taxing!

I posted in the other forum about the wrist wrench and trying to improve it and found your log as well. Are you using a volume approach with a higher frequency?

I'm training three days a week with the rolling thunder mostly, some 1HP and other rolling handles. I vary the intensity and volume each workout (DUP) and mostly stay within the guidelines (% and reps) of prilepin's table.

Hub: 2x10, 3x2x12.5, 3x2x15.
