That's awesome, you'll be with us in spirit☺ yeah this the official handle and it was the first time using IRONMIND's official loading pin which is pretty long compared to the one I've been training with. Are you using a volume approach with a higher frequency? I'm training three days a week with the rolling thunder mostly, some 1HP and other rolling handles.
