RTvG
Sq to 135kg x 2, x1 Be to 90kg x1 Powertwister 10mm, few sets Had a "pr" here: one DO close immediately followed by a DU. I find the DO's much tougher! (might be just because gravity is not working along then).

Geralt
Are there any people active on this board with these springs, Bob that you know of? I know how hard these things are. Still can give you a solid injury I think, dangerous things heh

Ofcourse, these springs give a lot of tension on the wrists/elbows/shoulders, but ofcourse, just to make them stronger. Probably there are a few guys around here on the board that have experience with the Python Powertwisters. If any of you should read this, please respond! On pythongrip dot com there are lots of amusing closes of different PT's. I use the 10mm. Also have a 12mm, and according to their website, only 1 man closed that one! Highly recommended to watch that clip.

The inside of my elbow was tender for weeks after trying that evil thing of yours. I'm staying far away from that devilish apparatus.

RTvG
Had some kneewraps delivered, ofcourse, couldn't resist trying them out. Sq 20kg x5 70 x5 100 wrapped x5 120 w x3 140 w x1 150 w xF, xF After lunch quickly without kneewraps: 120 x1 140 x1 145 xF Quick thoughts: With a bit of extra training, the wrapped knees squats will go beyond 150kg quickly. Missed this one because of youthly enthousiasm Before, my pb was 140kg. Now, with the extra confidence the wraps gave me, I easily duplicated this former best, and also repeated it after without. That is the confidence part! So, happy so far! Be 20kg x5 70 x5 75 x5 80 x5 85 x2 90 x1
Geralt
Interesting. One side because you can get more load on the legs, other side is that I don't want to get used to 'gear' to much, because it would hide my weak spots if you catch my drift. I believe indeed these wraps make a big difference, I notice very big difference with a belt already. But also use that sparingly.

With a militairy press your feet are together, with an overhead press your feet are at shoulder width. That's the only difference as far as I know.

Royz
So how RU liking the 20 rep squats? And what's up with the grippers? Injured?
RTvG
Yes, the number two got brutally injured today. Just had to do a bit of gripperstuff, since I haven't touched them in ages, I believe. So, just easy stuff on that today. The 20rep squats are nice, so far. I read somewhere about a fellow Dutchman, who easily did 20 reps with 120kg, as a warm up so to speak. Well, I have a goal now.
