Came home to this today. Once we get the kid in bed this will make it into the gym.

What could you pull on the rt handle?

Thanks Mike, the last time I tried a one rep max on the RT, I got 160 in weights and then the loading pin and handle is probably about 5lbs.

Came home to this today. Once we get the kid in bed this will make it into the gym.

Congrats Steve! Did you try some pulls?

Thats a big difference in poundage, I didnt realize there was that big a difference between the Rt and the inch...nice.lift..I need one of these

Yeah I've heard most people have to do 200lbs or more on the RT before they can lift a full size inch

I personally have seen no transfer to the RT to my Bosco bell or vice versa. The spin is totally different, with the bosco bell the rotation it's all on the thumb - weak thumb weak lifts, with the RT it's more on the wrist for me than the thumb, I think me lifting 200 on the RT is going to happen when I start doing more focused wrist work.
