Last night 9/18/14:

Got an infected looking spot on my finger I need to let heal. Tried to bend but too much damage so hit some weights. Light stuff because no spotter:

Bench Press

115 X 10

135 X 10

145 X7

Light stuff to work off the rust.

Tricept pull down

25X10

50X10

60X10

Barbell curls:

60 pounds. 4 sets of 10.

Thick handle dumbell:

Went for new PR:

106 - got it about a foot with R. Maybe one inch with left. Tried several time but no full lift

101 - same as about. Should have just tried this and would have gotten it

96 - Same as above. Wearing myself out at the same rate as I'm dropping the weight.

86 - Alternating hands X 3 / 5 sets of these.

20 minutes on treadmill with ankle weights.

Deadlifted 115 as a warm-up for bending:

Hit a couple pole barn nails DU to warm up.

Hit 2 timber ties DO to warm up but it hurt too bad and I could tell I was ripping my finger up:

Now I've got to let this heal.

Did a few bends in between calibrating.

Worked up to a G5.

Finished off the 5/16 and lower bars that I calibrated.

Bent a 19/64 drill rod in IMPs

Tried a N bar in IMPs and failed. Finger still not quite healed up.
