Yea, probably sumo. Seems to be better on my back. Never really had my hip joints crack after sitting for a while until I started doing all sumo though.

1 x 1 x 370 - video - forgot my elbow sleeves so borrow EFS sleeves, which I probably got a little pop out of. Pretty fast rep though.

Benching with feet on floor again. I'm not arching as much. Trying to keep my abs really tight instead. Trying to save the beating my back gets.

Going back to the wide squat again. The weight sucks, but so far seems easier on the back. We'll see what this week brings. Mobility is pretty bad though, hard to hit depth.

Been a while since I've actually went up to 600. Happy that my back didn't hurt, which is rare these days. That part was amazing actually. Especially since I did some squatting Sunday. More of a grinder than I thought it would be.

Been training, but not keeping up the log. Most training sessions were faster and lighter. Finally closed on the house so can get back to normal now.

Had Rossiter done on my arm on Tuesday.  My elbow didn't hurt at all during bench.

Deficit Deadlift - Squat Stance

up to 5 x 455 - video -  first 3 were hook grip

technically this is probably sumo, but my cues are completely different than my sumo.  My feet are in closer and toes mostly forward.  Been using this stance for a couple months and it seems to be much easier on my back than anything else.

3/11/17 - Southside meet 

First meet back since the torn bicep.

Bench

363 - had the rack height way too low so it felt heavy.  shook my confidence for the next attempt, but turned out well.

402 

413 - 6 lb pr

Did bench only, so not to hard to write up.  I benched.  3 times.  3 whites on all the lifts.

Pretty happy with the PR.  Competed in the 275 class (weighed 272 with clothes).  Last January benched 407 in the 242 class (walking around at 252 lbs though).
