Every newbie to this site should take a look at this vid and then put into perspective how long Bob has been working toward these goals and how commited he has been. This will definately reinforce the marathon vs. sprint mindset that I try to keep in mind. Most people just need to take a look at how long he has been a member here and the slow and steady progression he has had over the years.
