KRC Posted August 29, 2014 Author Share Posted August 29, 2014 8.28.14 Deadlift: 3x5 @ 195 DOH Axle DL: up to 1x1 @ 223 1H Axle DL: up to 1x1 @ 124.5 Little Big Horn and IM Axle arrived today Deadlifting felt really solid, but cut the rest of the work out due to time. Axle lifts were with a fresh, out of the box axle. Some training and a season bar and I think 139 is doable by comp time (-105k qualifying weight). DOH still needs major work. BW squat Most weight I've had on my back in 18 months But a step in teh right direction for sure. Tentative goals for the comp: 1HP: 85 1HAxle: 140 LBH: 120 Hub: 65 As much as it sucks, I'm glad I'm going to be all this open hand and pinch training, given how much of a weakness they are for me.
