Best Cure for elbowpain is pronation/supination levering with a light sledge and extensortraining! Imo!

Good tip. Good thing I've started sledgehammer-ing. I've been doing lots of ulner deviation exercises like David mentioned, not done pronation or supination before but I will give it a try!

Dont go heavy on them, atleast not at first or if you are rehabbing the elbow.

I Do 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps 1-2 times a day til the pain is gone

Last workout before bending on Monday!

Bench press:

60kg x1

100kgx1

110kgx1

120kgx1

130kgx1

140kgx1strict touched chest

150kgxjust above chest rep

160kgxhalf rep

Overloaded the chest today! For me, getting the confidence with handling heavier weights makes lighter weights feel so much easier!

160kg half rep was a good overload

Maintaining bench at the moment, focusing on bending.

5/16"x7" CRS bend

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lg-ahgX7E-0

Focused on long hits with this bar, getting back into the groove now

Crushed down a 6" 5/16" bar abit more, 90 degrees to 100degrees

Then did some big hits on a G8 to finish with.

Bending: crush work

Warm up: 7" x 8mm square full bend hard work on the crush but got it.

Crushed down a 6" x 5/16" piece of CRS from 90degrees.

Lots of crush work needed, getting stronger every time though!

Last bend until my Irongrip order comes in.

7" x 8mm square 404lbs - last time I bent this I struggled to get it to 2" but absolutely crippled this bar today using the gripper crush style on the crush down. Almost looks warped.

Nice bend! You destroyed that bar and the fact that it's square makes it even more impressive. How are your palms holding up? I still have that deep soreness feeling in my right hand from last weeks bend and it hurts to hold a gripper.
