Seems like you've been getting sick frequently, Jason. Are you eating your Wheaties every morning? Work stress?

I don't think I'd been sick since once this winter. Head cold, sinus' stuff. Just checked my journal and it was mid-January.

135 x 4 x 3r

225 x 2

315 x 1

Thanks buddy! I put it out in the grass. Hopefully a slug or dew worm can put it to good use.

Thanks man. I think part of getting older and doing this stuff for a while is the understanding of what a guy is capable of when feeling less than stellar. Squats are probably the biggest test of what a guy can do when the brain and body are fighting you. You've tested tested your bodies capabilities a helluva lot more than me but I'm always amazed. Lifting is such a great endeavor to learn about yourself.

Good stuff, Jason. Oddly enough, some of my best workouts have been accomplished feeling like crappola. The first few days of feeling ill seem to be the sweet spot.

Same here. Maybe it helps focus and relax a guy.

I think that's certainly plausible. Might be some physical component to it also. Maybe a hormonal change in response to the bug.

Impressive pressing!

One of my current goals is a 200 pound strict press, which would be huge for me. I doubt I could have done 200 even when I was benching 350.
