Today I visited a friend of mine and he was doing benchpress at home. He had bought a new ELEIKO bar with brutal knurling! :)

I couldnt help myself, I joined in but as he was done with his warmup I wanted to catch up so I skipped the warmup.

Maybe it was stupid but it all went well :P

Bench; 1@100kg, 2x4@100kg, 3@105kg, 1@110kg

Seated barbellpress;

10@40kg

8@60kg

5 and 4@70kg

Gave it up. Felt kinda good.

I was supposed to do handstandpushups tomorrow along with planks and abwheel but I guess I'll just train my core and some jumpingjacks before grippers instead :)

That PL bar from Eleiko was brutal, stiff as all hell and it had knurling sharper than RB-grippers :)

It cost him around 8000 swedish kronor which is; 1231,36 dollar or 920,83 Euro :)

Lots of money for just a bar but it was awsome to use!!!

Wonder how it feels to deadlift with it! Must be like a dream

Tried the kettlebell curl above and it felt good but the kb was too light @ only 8kg. Gonna start using this movement :)

Today I did some mountainclimbers 2x30 and 2x10 bw squats for warmup

Planks, 3x2minutes, no sideplanks.

Grippers;

5@coc1

3@coc1,5

2x1@coc2

Right hand;

3x1 clamped coc3 @ 25mm, all closed, the last two with a click! PB

1x miss@GHP7 and RB300N, by a hair.

5 sec overcrush with severly filed coc2,5 x1

Left hand

3x1 clamped GHP6 @ 16mm, all misses, FAWK THIS MOTHER FAWKING HAND! WHY IS IT SO WEAK!?

1x miss@RB240

1x overcrush@filed coc2 5 sec

1x10 each hand kettlebell curl @ 8kg

Started bending shit.

Did like 4-5 bars and missed on red nail. Kinked it alittle.

Good session with my right hand and a shitty session for my left. Damn Im irritated!!!!!!

Haha YUP a lot of the time it's shitty al the way...I KNOW :) Btw, not that I'm the gripyoda around here, but maybe be careful with doing solely clamped work on the goal gripper. Starting from no-resistance is much more different than starting the sweep from a set...now what I mean? You're a strong dude. You'll get it.

Im trying to do every other week with clamed grippers and every other week with heavier grippers, sorta like negatives. :) and then overcrushes on filed grippers right below my goalgrippers. :)

I just ordered some bending stock from "maskindelen.se", a swedish hardwarestore online. :)

Going to start bending like a crazy now. Red nail has to go down in IMPS this year!

First training session today;

Warmup, 15 bw squats, 50 mountainclimbers, 10 pushups, 50 mountainclimbers and some animal crawling.

RT;

5@30kg, 40kg and 50kg

3@55kg

@65kg:4 each hand PB I think

@65kg: Lefty 2 - Righty 0 LOL

@60kg: Lefty 8 - Righty 5

Kettlebell pinch (like a blockweight) + 1 chain;

2xMax hight and hold all fingers

2xMax hight and hold pinky/ringfnger+thumb

Extensor bands IM.

Later I will do a few rounds of brutal kettlebell work!

Put grip first today cause last week kettlebells (bad word filter)ed my RT up.

Slept only 4 hours last night so I'll try to get some sleep in now before I have to make dinner and go KB training. :)

Finished the kettlebell training for today, it was freaking hard!

Its so damn hard that a part of me want to quit doing it but I know "no pain no gain" right? :)

6 lunges - 3 each leg, alternated

6 swings

6 goblet squats

6 lunges - 3 each leg, alternated

6 swings

6 goblet squats

two sets of this and I was done! 2-3 minutes rest between sets.

Done with 2x20kg bells and I (bad word filter)ing died for a moment. My lungs almost gave out again, this week. :)

After this I did 60 1hand swings in 3 minutes with 1x 20kg kettlebell, shifted hand every 10th rep.

5 snatch right hand

5 snatch left hand

5 clean right hand

5 clean left hand x1 20kg kg

5 jerks with 2x20kg kettlebells

Little rest between sets, no rest during.

Got alittle winded but it was alright, Was supposed to do more than last week but as I finished the last round my wife called and nagged me about coming home........... :O

Next week I'll add 1 rep and one round, feel it out and if its allright I might add another rep and round the week after.

Today my hands feel sore and weak and my forearms are sore as hell when I flex them. Yesterday musta been a real freaking killer workout for them forearms :)

Actually, I did this last friday so I only got 4 days of rest.

Feels great that Im going forward again!

Warmup 10 minutes in the rowingmachine and a couple of set on the latpull machne

Wide grip chinups (palms forward); 5,5,5

Pullups (palms facing me) 8,8,3

2 set of dips in a machine.

Dips, 5@bw100kg+15kg, bw+25kg, bw+35kg

Biceps with dumbells and pushdowns in cable superset a few sets.

Some high rep close grip benchpress 2 sets til failure.

Will increase time and weight next time

Only rest I had was when I wrapped a new bar!

Gave it up tho I could bend more, I was afraid that I might over do it. :)

Next time I'll do it in single suede :)

I will take next week off from training cause Im to moving to a new house.

But I love my griptraining so I just did the gripworkout that I was gonna do tomorrow.

1@68kg lefty, miss righty. Weighed it on a scale and it was 70,4kg PB and the first RTgoal for this year was completed even tho I felt like shiet in my hands from yesterdays mayhem.

Tried 69kg lefty but couldnt get it up more than 2''

1@67,5kg righty PB with that hand too, didnt weigh it but it musta been right under 70kg

tried 65kg for 1xMax rep and got 2,5 reps each hand.

Ahh, Im done moving, almost!

I think it was last thursday I took down my grippers from the wall and I couldnt hep myself, I grabbed coc15 did a few TNScloses and then I shut coc3 in a hoseclamp @25mm 3 times.

I tried a few other grippers aswell, shut GHP6 multiple times, amost killed it with my lefty aswell.

I did some benching yesterday;

10@60kg

6@80kg

7@100kg

4@105kg

3@100kg with a few seconds stop at the bottom of the movement.

Did seated militarypress;

10@60kg

2x3@75kg

5@70kg

and then I tried 5-6 reps with 50kg behind my neck, but I cant press like that. Feels like Im going to dislocate my shoulders AND my neck.

Im retarded, I know. I started squeezing grippers 2-3 days after last session when I should have recovered instead.

Not a real session, I just messed around a bit. Hands felt tired from a week of moving furniture and other shit to my new place.

Tomorrow my training starts again.. Will be nice to get back in the saddle!

I did close my coc3 3-4 times during the move, last thursday or something..

Prolly shouldnt have done that neither but, you know, Im stupid.

this method really really works! 2 sets to failure on 80-90% of 1RM and thats it. Has worked really nice so far. PR every session for weeks!;)

rest for about 2 minutes

rest for a couple of minutes

40 1arm swings with a 20kg kb
