315X2, 335X1 Front Squats And 315X8 Back.

Okay nothing to great guys but I never post squats so here are some.

Missed a third rep with 315 front. The 335 felt smooth. I've done 350 before. I'm almost there now again.

I actually haven't back squated in 91 days so I'm happy with two sets of 8 with 315. The vid is actually the sec set.

Yeah I know. The 315x8x2 is what I did first too lol because I was already warmed up from fronts.

lols at your guys comment about that guy. And he has the pad on the smith bar and gloves on.

been lifting a long time Josh. It will be 20 years this fall. Plus I've taken no shortcuts. Long slow journey. If I start squating regularly I estimate much better things.

When I first front squated it was around 2002. I was able to do around 5-6 reps I think with 135. Felt like it was choking me.

Very strong! I just started squatting again after over a year lay off due to injuries and issues. I'm doing purely front squatting due to less strain at the moment so this is good motivation! My ideal magnus samuelsson also did mainly front squatting as well and I feel it really hits the entire core much more then the back squat for me at least.

How often do you do squats a week or plan to now that your doing them again? Good stuff though keep it up.

I have never done front or back more than once every 10-14 days but I may bump that to 7-10 days.
