Dynamic effort squat(raw no belt)

150 kg 8x3

Grippers

ghp8 1x1

coc 3.5 1x1

ghp 9 attempt (1-2 mm open)

ghp 9 attempt (this one was REALLY CLOSE)

lh

elite 1x5

ghp 8 2x1

coc 4 attempt(3-4 mm open)

coc 4 attmept (a little closer)

Curls against the wall

Wall Curls 50 kg(15 reps)

Leg rises

3x20

Ab crunches on decline bench

4x12

Good stuff Gabriele, how would you compare coc 4 to ghp9? Are they close? Or is the ghp9 a fair bit harder?

Its considerably harder but there is not a HUGE jump between them.

Damn killer workout, strong squats, insane grippers and 1st place now for the curl challenge.

Thanks stephen your performance in the curls really motivated me.

I am sure you can do more with an ez bar.

Hit back today.

Reeves deadlift with rimmed plates.

60 kg 1x5

80 kg 1x5

100 kg 1x3

160 kg 1x1

181 kg 1x1:400 lbs/181 kg REEVES DEADLIFT RIMMED PLATES(easy as a (bad word filter))

200 kg teared the shit out of my hand

Conventional deadlift(stopped under knee level for a count of 3 before lockout)

NO BELT

400 lbs 5x5

Ab crunches

4x30

BW pull ups(the hand was killing me)

2x15

2x10
