Difference In Bicep Training

I read a lot about biceps in armwrestling. a lot of this opinion was wrong. I will try now explain a little bit

if you training biceps for hook , your elbow must be in one position in all direction

if you training for top-roll your elbow can do move forward ( and you can rotate palm-pronation)

YOU MUST TRAINING IN GYM THE SAME MOVE(DIRECTION) WHAT YOU DOING ON THE TABLE DURING FIGHT (your exercises should be close to the movement which you perform during the fight)

if not you will be just master in weightlifting but not in armwrestling
