Going to post a video each workout, next bending workout I will post a 85kg reverse and the time after that the 90kg one and so on.. This felt very comfortable, 7" stock agrees with my body more! Unfortunately I wasn't feeling my best today as I did a hard bending session yesterday but the steel arrived today and I had to try it will rest up properly next time and work my way up to the 120kg bar!
