* I couldn't hold the gripper shut the full 10 seconds for the last set. Same wait next time again.

 

* I was done after that. I am a little burned out mentaly the last few workouts. I probably need a change of pace.

Hey Jüri, sometimes i just want to take it a litle easy to not overtrain. Or i want to peak somewhat for a record.

I always liked to try goal gripper (and very often). I took a look at my training log and found that long rest works very good on me, hands were recovered very well.

I will start the Singles program of Ben Edwards that he posted in the Silvis forum. There will be one day for MMS and one day for CCS. Lets see how it works for me!

Training went like sh... today. Couldn't close grippers that i normaly close. I was not mentaly into it. I am burened out with grippers. I realy need a change.

Hi Jörg. I only see gripper work in your journal now. Is that the only stuff you do right now? Or do you also still do general strength stuff?

Due to my new job ( old peoples nurse ) which is very physical demanding and some mobility issues with my right hip i have not done much regular stuf since March. Just some upper body cable work and the last few weeks  some club work. Grip was also just some mantainance gripper work. Just a few closes once or twice a week. I can still close my max 120 # 2,5 gripper. I will start serious training again next week and will post my workouts.
