Tom Scibelli Posted June 15, 2016 Author Share Posted June 15, 2016 Well this mission of this logged has been accomplished, it only took a year and a half lol, it took me that much time to increase roughly 35lbs on the RT. I would say the key to getting stronger at this lift for me was consistency and frequency, I had to work the RT about three times a week to see gains.
