this was my last heavy workout until SJ3. I'll do a couple light workouts next week that's it.

Well this mission of this logged has been accomplished, it only took a year and a half lol, it took me that much time to increase roughly 35lbs on the RT.  I would say the key to getting stronger at this lift for me was consistency and frequency, I had to work the RT about three times a week to see gains.  I'm probably going to start a new log to train for NCGC II.  Here is a clip of the CTD:
