May i suggest the big grippers from Ironmind for training? I can close the 1 & 2 without having the other hand to help.

That's cheating. I think for now you will have your hands full with the IM#1. Try them.

Today I had good day with 2 HP. This was 2nd pinch training for next week contest. Hope I´ll get 110kg next weekend. Timo Tuukkanen will come with us.

Juha - can't wait to see it - be sure to shoot video. It will be an honor to get to compete with you next week (even if we're half a world away, and I'm nowhere close to your numbers).

It is great to read a log from one of the greatest grip athletes! Thanks for sharing! But why don't you write about your sauna bathing and knife fights training???? I thought you were finnish!!............ Haha no im just joking with ya.

Hahaa!

I don`t use alcohol and without drinks is very boring make knife fights! :)

End of this video is sauna + recovery with snow. :grin:

- I had to stop my speed bench press because my right hand´s palm pain was too hard. I have eaten already one week Voltaren ( anti-inflammatory drug, weird word to me). It dont help.
