Rotator cuff pain? Arm wrestling will hit your tendons hard if you do too much too quick, that's why I'm strengthening my tendons now for later on.

Try side pressure work with bands mate!

some ligth resistance exercises for reps (for example exercise band) in different planes tend to help, especially before lifting wts if you are planning on doing that. Also some stretching. I might make a vid for this later to show you what I'm talking about. Seems to be a very common problem. You can modify your bench press for now with elbows in and see if it helps.

Thanks guys! That would be great if you could do that Evan. Maybe stretching also helps?

If it's your rotator cuff, hit the Ibuprofen and just leave it alone for a few days. You want the swelling to go down so you don't continue to irritate it. After that, start doing some light rehab work.

Just speaking from personally experience.

yes stretching tends to help from what I've seen and my experience with my injuries.

this is just to give you some ideas of different exercises you can try with an exercise band and see if it helps. A little bit of discomfort is usually ok but they shouldn't be too painful
