Malice
The Signature Series powerball I ordered from Wade showed up the other day. Quick shipping again as usual, thanks Wade. It's a very nice looking and feeling piece. I didn't try it out until today and am impressed so far. This thing gives a heck of a forearm workout and depending on which direction you spin it you can hit different muscles. So far after about a half dozen tries I'm up to 11,865 and am shooting for 12k by the end of the week.

Wade Gillingham
The NSD Power Ball has changed it's name and suppliers. I am working on getting these back in the store. Apparently there is some type of trademark issue between the two main compaines NSD and Dynaflex.

I love them.
chilliman64
do you find there is any crossover with other grip disciplines or is this more a bit of fun and a good pump at the end of the workout? I have the Sig Pro and one of the metal Pballs and I like using them. they sure blow your forearm and wrist and get the area full of blood.
