Today my white blood cells and hemoglobin was really high. I'm in hospital again.

Today we tried how Saxon bar's width works at 2 HP for me.

Project "more grip power" for strongman Mika Nikkonen started today. We did first grip training and starting level tests.
First milestone is to lift Inch dumbell at day 24.12.2016.

My target was 22kg to extra weights but not today. I did more holds with chains and those felt good.
