Not my best. My training pulls promised better but if you are even weak at every species you can´t wait anything else!

Get some bigger plates man :) Those hub and pinch lifts looked really easy!

I got those plates today from my friend Matti Heiskanen. Later I´ll pull some extraweights.

You know i've been workin out going on 25 years, yea i'm better than the average guy. But this guy must have alot of personal trainers and dopemen behind him. I just can't wrap my head around how you get looking that way. I get bigger and stronger but I never look good.

This guys lives the bodybuildinglive Parris. There's probably nothing else in his live besides work maybe. With a family, work and normal activities to do in private life there's almost no room to get like this. I think it's a choice. I prefer training to be part of my life, no BE my life.
