After the break, I decided to start training again with the gripper.

The first day of training.
Did 4 sets of 5 reps with a force of 77.8 kg (171.55lbs) rgc.

Vano what do you do for (grip) strength besides grippers?

Conventional weight training in the gym in style powerlifting

What's your plan for the near future? Are you looking to use a bigger block, or harder gripper?

I have a theory that 5 reps with a 20mil block can get a single with 25lbs more using RGC.

An example: RGC no.3 at 150lbs- for 5, 20 mil block reps- = 1 rep with the 20mil block at RGC 175lbs.

I think its very close...not perfect...but close.

I believe that this individual. There is strength and strength endurance. Some people strike a balance between these two indicators is biased towards strength, other people in the direction of strength endurance.
I have the best of strength endurance. What does this mean?
I can do 6 sets of 6 reps with 92% of maximum.
My friend will be able to make 6 * 6 with only 80% of its maximum.
In other words, my friend can add to your working weight of 20% and make the 1 repetition maximum weight. In my case, only 8%.
Conclusion: people can work on different loads, and the maximum they can have one.
