Martin_Arildsson
2006-07-07 Grippers: Didn't go that well... Couldn't close my MM5 replica today... Bah! So I decided train with a plate loaded grip machine. Did a couple of reps at 100 and 120 kg (couldn't really get it all the way up at 120kg). Also did two negatives with 150 kg, but I think it was too easy, guess I'll try 160kg+ next time. The gripmachine is from wwfitness I think... 1hdl L/R: 20 kg 8/8 70 kg 3/3 90 kg 1/1 100 kg 1/1 110 kg 1/1 120 kg 0/1 1/1 110 kg 2/3 2/3 2/3 It's been a while since I did 1hdl. Rackpulls from under knee: 1x5 @ 20 kg 1x5 @ 70 kg 1x5 @ 120 kg 1x5 @ 170 kg 1x8 @ 200 kg 1x3 @ 220 kg 1x5 @ 220 kg I Feel weak in my back when I do rackpulls. Also did some thickbar barbell curls.
