Martin_Arildsson
2006-06-20 Bench: 2x10 @ 20 kg 1x10 @ 60 kg 1x5 @ 100 kg 2x5 @ 120 kg 2x5 @ 120 kg (narrow grip) Felt a bit slow, should be explosive. V-bar: 1x5 @ 40 kg 1x3 @ 60 kg 1x3 @ 90 kg 1x3 @ 105 kg 3x3 @ 120 kg Done with both hands, felt pretty solid today. I also did some formulator and thickbar barbell curl. Went quite good today. Overall a good session.
lifesnotfair
I am a newbie and don't even understand/know what some of your routine involves. However, I just wanted to say the following: 1. I liked the cert. video I saw in the gallery. You made it sound easy. 2. I searched youtube for videos of "COC", and found one submitted by a "martinarildsson", so maybe it's you.. the hand/wrist looked like the one in the cert. video (hot damn your wrist and forearm look THICK!)... if you're the guy in that video, then I gotta tell you I loved the way you repped that #3 with each hand. Damn! And now I see you did 13/15 reps with both hands? Woah! It makes me wonder, how much must a person master the #3 before they close the #4? I also wonder what's the max reps anyone has done on a #3... Keep up the good work! You're amazingly strong!

Martin_Arildsson
The reason why I didn't train this friday was because I had feber and sore throat. Yeah, I know. I am a sissy.

MM5 Replica 0/1 PR! MM5 Replica 1-2/5 PR! (Not sure if I did get the second rep). MM4 Replica 0/1 (No more gas in the tank). Closing the MM5 replica: http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?&au...si&img=4506 Woohoo! 2HP: 1x5 @ 21 kg 1x3 @ 41 kg 1x1 @ 61 kg 1x1 @ 81 kg 1x1 @ 91 kg 4x1 @ 101 kg (I also did one but I didn't get that one over 16.5"). Wasn't that easy.... Don't like this. I wanna get stronger FFS! Also did some TTK with focus on my thumb. I'll try to implement the TTK more in my pinch sessions.
