Juha Harju
From next week I´ll update some my grip and powerlifting trainings here. At this weekend my wife Yvonne competes at Fitness Expo Finland. It´s IM´s grip classic semifinal. I´m her helper there. And I´ll meet my sponsors (Bullfarm & Voimaharjoittelu) at Expo too.

bwwm
Juha - are your workouts really that low volume / high intensity, or are you leaving out warm up or other working sets for the sake of brevity in the workout log? Seems like you're able to do some pretty high intensity stuff right off the bat, if not.

Juha Harju
Our new banderol. At next weekend in hear Finland is Olli Mäki´s boxing happening. Grip Monsters is also there. I organize Silver Bullet challenge contest there. If someone can beat my WR hold (46.6sec) then Grip Monsters & Voimaharjoittelu.fi will give him 200 euros. Olli is best Finnish boxer ever. He is amateur & professional boxing European champion & the only Finnish boxer who has fight of professional boxing world championship (1962). Davey Moore knocked him. Olli was my coach when I was kid. I respect him very much. He showed to us how he can pull one hand chin ups and normal chin ups with only middle fingers even he was old man! https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/419090_501815209846591_1568736144_n.jpg
