Evening:

Kink work. Sometimes the setup just feels funny. Whatever.

2 x "N" bars @ 430# kinked in IMP's (one without bands for the first couple of hits) (85%)

1 x 19/64" bar @ 400# in IMP's no bands in < 1 minute. definite progress. (75%)

1 Red swept to 4.25" easily. this bar is definitely easier than my N's which are still bendable in IMP's for me. great. (80%)

Speed Kink Work, IMP's no bands.


1 x 370# bar to crush area

4 x 400# 19/64" bars to crush area in stiff IMP's in < 10 seconds.

1 x 410# 19/64" kinked in soft IMP's


getting a no band groove.

Feeling Stronger: Push/Pull.

found out if I do heavy pull day before or even during bending, i amp up my CNS to push. great.

2 x KB One Hand Row. 80+53

5 x 4-6.

Supersetted with closing Lvl 4 on my Vulcan Dipped Black Spring and killing a 445# "N" Bar in IMP's. It died easily.

took 6 days off and it payed off.


One Hand Ring Lifts 5 x 3 @ 250#


1 x 19/64" bar to 4.25" in IMP's

3 x Red Nails to 4.25" in med IMP's (well broken in) 80% (my newer stiffer pads add a good 10# to the kink)

1 x Red Nail to 4.25 " in soft IMP's 85% + more pain.


Grippers


missed Chez's 109# #2 by 1/8" set is definitely improving.


Plate Curls @ 45# 3 x 10 (two hands obviously).

I don't know what Bastards cal at these days but I remember that they were always loads harder than Reds. Try a few bastards and if you can kill em in under a minute I'd say you're more than ready for the Red cert.
