Had to share this with you all.

I've done rafters before but this one I would call a legit rafter pull up.

I've done wide and for 2 reps and I've done narrow but not full range and control on the descent...

Thanks for watching grip friends! It's awesome how we all have are own grip goals we want to tackle!!

It's great to see all the various grip feats!!!

Great job David.

I like that you didn't just stop with the wide ones but challenged yourself to take it up another level!

I'd bet you'll be doing these for reps in the future.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it!!

This has been a goal of mine for a long time..

I've worked these for awhile but until this one people could argue I haven't done a real one yet, and I would agree with that.

Everything can be better and more solid with all feats but this one I feel good about calling a rafter pull up.

Frank ,reps is the goal but with alot of these grip challenges out there, progress with these is very slow.

Thanks again guys for the support!

awesome! and congrats.

a rafter pullup is definitely a grip feat that i would consider a top tier bw grip feat. i have still yet to do one. and not just because we dont have basements, or open top garages in Texas that make rafters available, but because i keep getting fatter.. lol

Thanks Tommy!!

Yeah I believe as you do, with it being a great bw grip feat.

It's a totally different game then the top grip feats like the Inch, 2-45's etc.

Weight does play a big factor as well ,during the time of trying this feat I started at 200# bw, now I'm down to 180#.

The 20# helped out for sure, along with holds and attempts obviously...

Thanks for checking it out bro.

Badass work David

Thanks Jon ,I appreciate it!!
